Don’t worry, it’s not as serious as it sounds

Hello friends, long time no talk! I have to apologize for that – life keeps getting in the way of my plans and fun times. I should stop letting that happen. But I have a partial reason for why I’ve been radio silent here for a little while:

I’ve jumped on the podcast bandwagon.

Now, now, I know everyone and their mother has a podcast so I appreciate if you haven’t run screaming yet. In fact, have you listened to Everyone and Their Mother: The Podcast* yet? It’s quite refreshing!

Okay, kidding aside, my friend Kristy Jett and I put our heads together after two relatively close-proximity appearances together on Dr. AC’s Horror 101 podcast. We decided that the world could probably use a podcast about Sam Raimi and all the films, TV shows, people, and places in his orbit, or as we call it, The Raimiverse.

So get ready for: The Raimicast.

Our first episode goes live on 6/18/2026 at 10am Eastern Time. We are on YouTube, and we have a dedicated website to host the show as well, with an RSS feed and everything. Eventually, we will hopefully be on all the major podcast platforms as well. Bear with us as we navigate this whole new world from the backend. We’re trying our best!

We hope that folks enjoy listening to two fans of Sam Raimi chat about his work and the usual suspects who work with him. We’re not professionals here; we’re just looking to have fun and we hope that our listeners have fun as well. So in the immortal words of the Deadites…JOIN USSSSS!
